Brian Keeler

Brian Keeler has a diverse, broad-based background in strategic communications development, political activism, citizen journalism, Internet community development, business consulting and the performing arts.

As VP of Politics and Advocacy for VShift, an Internet Marketing firm, Brian manages the Internet communications activities for a wide variety of political and advocacy projects, including the 2008 political campaigns of Washington State's Governor, Chris Gregoire, Congressman John Hall, West Virginia's Governor, Joe Manchin, Jon Powers for Congress and John Carney for Governor, as well as advocacy work for Advocates for Youth, NARAL NY, and Learn NY.

Brian has been working with VShift since May, 2007 and is presently overseeing the Internet Communications for New York's Governor, David A. Paterson and New Jersey's Governor, Jon Corzine.

Brian was also a candidate for public office in 2006 when he ran for the New York State Senate in the Hudson Valley's 41st District.
