Jeff Averbeck is the President and CEO of AGI SMARTech in Chattanooga, TN and has been involved in servicing the political market for over 12 years. Mr. Averbeck has over 25 years of technology experience starting with the first TVA LAN network deployment in 1992. Mr. Averbeck has a BSEE in Power/Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati and is a specialist in Database Design and Maintenance. Mr. Averbeck's database design and data cleansing skills were honed over the 12 years of campaign support services and were used extensively in the micro-targeting efforts.

Mr. Averbeck's company provided database and web hosting, database consulting and internet support for the GW Bush presidential campaigns in 2000 and 2004 as well as RNC, NRSC and NRCC national efforts. Mr. Averbeck's company was the Official Provider of Technology to the 2004 and 2008 Republican National Convention which included web and database hosting, streaming media, video editing, broadcast email services and news feed hosting. Through various consultants, Mr. Averbeck's company provided similar services for McCain for President, Romney for President, Thompson for President and Giuliani for President in addition to various Senatorial and Congressional campaigns.
