Jessica Keegan has spent the last decade developing and implementing effective communications and public relations strategies for issue advocacy groups and third-party independent expenditure campaigns across the country.

Ms. Keegan is vice president of account service at Edmonds Associates, a political media consulting firm. Prior to joining Edmonds Associates, she executed media and public relations campaigns for Toyota, ESPN, Bell/Agusta Aerospace, Lycoming Engines, and Rolls- Royce North America
