Brad Chism

Brad Chism is President of Zata|3 Consulting, a Washington, DC-based direct voter contact firm. Zata|3 Consulting serves Democratic candidates, progressive ballot measure campaigns and interest groups by integrating a full range of telephone voter contact programs with a campaign's canvassing, mail, and online advocacy. Since 2005 Zata|3 has served clients in all fifty states on more than 1000 campaign, including the Obama presidential campaign, US Senate races in several states and more than 50 congressional contests.

Under Brad's leadership Zata|3 has earned recognition as America's most decorated voter contact firm, with more AAPC Pollie awards than any other phone firm in each of the last three years.

Brad holds an honors degree in political science from Millsaps College and was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University. His graduate study was in Economics. He is an adjunct faculty member at his alma mater, teaching a Campaigns and Elections course there. Brad previously served on the Communications Committee for the AAPC and has authored the organization's Best Practices Guide to Selecting Telephone Voter Contact Firms. Brad was recently published in the three-volume Voting in America, a collection of essays used for upper-level college political science courses. Chism's chapter was on the role of organized labor in the electoral process.

Brad splits his time between Washington, DC and Jackson Mississippi where he is an active member of the St. Andrews School Board and Galloway Methodist Church.
